No Contour Lines on Maps App?

A quick question to make sure I'm not missing anything on my new watch.

Despite all of the Marq Adventure advertising/website images showing contour lines on the pictures of Topo Maps (and despite me setting the 'draw contours' toggle to on, detail set to high and having the TopoActive Europe 2018.20 South West map enabled), is it right I can't see any contours?

Can I only get these by downloading/overlaying these from either a third party/using the TopoActive Pro maps?

Thank you both - does seems odd that the UK version of the garmin.com website clearly shows contours on the MARQ Expedition TOPO picture when they are not available as standard (without any disclaimer…

I have a 5+ and it also doesn't show contours for the UK (not sure about any other country) on the included "TopoActive" map.

Garmin have chosen not to include contours on their map for some reason. However, you can download an alternative map from "TalkyToaster". He has a free UK one and a paid UK one with more detail. The maps are based on the same source as the Garmin ones (OSM), but are generally more up to date than the Garmin ones.

Plus there are lots of other OSM maps, just Google for them
