New optical heart rate sensor?

Does anyone know for sure if the Marq series has a different, newer optical heart rate sensor than the Fenix 5 Plus? And, if so, whether it’s more accurate?

They look fantastic but if I’m going to blow over $1500 on a watch I’d like it not to measure a heart rate of 140bpm while I’m standing stationary brushing my teeth and 80bpm when I’m midway through a HIIT class...

It has been clearly written in DC Rainmaker's review "This is what Garmin calls their 3rd generation ELEVATE sensor, though in reality there’s been many more minor editions in between. Still, this essentially takes the Garmin Fenix 5X Plus optical HR sensor and upgrades it yet again." Also he has mentioned that it still is being improved with software updates.

Let’s be realistic when it comes to ANY wrist HR monitor...you’re never going to get 100% accuracy and any physical work can/will throw the readings off.

The only “more” accurate way to get your HR is a chest strap.
