I am wondering if the MARQ has the same screen as the Fenix 5 series? In some of the recent review vid, the screen looks really bright. It could be just the lighting.
Keep in mind that the screen itself could be the same but the quality of the glass over it will make a difference in visibility. Sadly this will be tough to notice unless you have the watch in your hands.
Actually, the Instinct has a transflective MIP display and the screen is much brighter (easier to read) than the Fenix for some reason. Maybe being black and white only and/or lower resolution play a role, I don’t really know. If the Marq display is anything like that then it will be great.
Yeah, I meant to say I wasn't aware of a brighter colourMiP display. The extra layers required in colour displays reduce the reflected light.
