can i determine when my Instinct Solar last updated firmware?

I know it's running current version, 19.01, but I'd like to know when my watch updated to 19.01.

Check out your activities in Garmin Connect (app or web), the firmware version is always there, just under the device name.

my question isn't what version I'm running. I'd like to know when my watch updated to 19.01 if possible. Connect on web doesn't tell me that.

I understood, but if you go back through your activities day by day, you can find when it was updated.
