Garmin instinct battery drain

Hi there

I have tried all of the suggested methods to address the battery drain on my Garmin instinct. It appears to be a very common issue ! I took it to shop where I purchased it (JB HIFI) and the the 12 month warranty expired 10 months ago and there is nothing they can do !

Any suggestions? Battery only lasting 12 hours now. Very frustrating! Expensive purchase for a 20 month old watch!

I am sorry you have the issue. Please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region to see if they can work with you further. The retail store will not be able to do anything for you unless within their normal return period shortly after buying a new device.
