Yes, it is possible to find the firmware. If you search the forum, there are people who posted links to it, in the past. However, if the vibrator stopped working, the firmware downgrade is unlikely to help, since there was no such change disabling the vibrations, in v19.
If vibrations do not work on your watch, then either they are disabled in the settings, or there is a hardware failure. You can also reboot the watch in the Test Mode - press and hold the ABC button while restarting, and then scroll down to the option "motor" and turn it on (press GPS). If the watch does not start vibrating, the vibrating motor is dead.

I said it wrong, I used the buttons to scroll through the menu! thank you very much for your help and advice
