My watch is suddenly running 40min slow and has lost a few features. The heart monitor and steps are no longer showing and it is not holding power like it should. I have restarted the watch and app several times with no luck. I also cannot find settings on the watch
I am sorry there are issues. You have a good chance of recovering your watch back to full functionality again.
Please do the following:
Soft reset your watch by holding down your top left button until it powers off then let go of the button.
If your issues have continued, reset your watch to defaults:
