I can't link the watch to the cell phone

Hello. I've been using instinct 1 software 14.00 for months. It was the one that gave me the least problems.

Last week it started to have many failures in terms of the altitude gained, and the real-time calculation of the slope.
Therefore, today I decided to reboot the system by deleting all the files (same clock option).
But, now, it is not linked to the cell phone...

I have stolen everything: reinstall Connect on the cell phone, update the system with Garmin Express to 19.01, but nothing... the cell phone detects it, but when I click on the "connect it" option it keeps searching... and it doesn't do nothing...

The watch is already linked to Garmin Connect Web, from the page via cable to the competitor, but what I need is for it to work on the cell phone...!
Thank you so much for any tips!

  • I am sorry there is an issue. The following troubleshooting steps might resolve your Bluetooth pairing issue with your phone.

    Please try the following:

Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.

Reset to Default: Power your watch off. Hold down your bottom right SET button. Power your watch on using your top left CTRL button. While your watch is powering on, keep holding your SET button the entire time until your watch asks you permission to reset your watch. Select Yes.

Delete your Connect Mobile APP off your phone.

Remove your watch from your phone's Settings > Bluetooth menu.

Download the Connect Mobile APP, sign-in using the same email.

Bluetooth pair your watch directly through the Connect APP again.

  • I have tried soft and hard resets, uninstalled, cleared all settings on multiple devices and my instinct is still doing what is described above. It has been months now.
