Garmin Connect won't sync my Instinct after getting new phone

Hi,

Basically just title. Swapped old iPhone for iPhone 13 Pro Max, installed Garmin Connect and app won't sync with my watch. Even though I can see on my watch stats like pulse or steps from last seven days, they just won't upload to app. Tried reinstalling app, removing device from app and adding it back and tried turning it off and on - no help. Even upgraded software to 19.01 and still nothing. For me it looks like all info is still there in my watch but it just won't sync. Remember having that problem once year ago or something and it just fixed itself if I remember correctly.

Edit: In the app I found data (I think everything: sleep, body battery, steps, pulse, etc) from whole month of July 2022 and nothing before or past that month.

  • That's just embarassing. It's solved, but it's embarassing.

    Contacted super nice Support and they told me there are two email adresses assign to my watch and all that time I was using wrong Gmail account to log in. Once I used the old one all old data was there. I feel so stupid now. Thank you guys for time. You are the best!

  • Thanks for getting back to us.ThumbsupSlight smile. This happens frequently, so don't feel bad. A lot of users simply say there's no way this could be and don't even consider that it could be duplicate accounts. Either that or they never state they fixed it.
