Instinct is dead

  1. My Garmin Instinct keeps turning off, I've tried messing and factory reset but it's just not having it, I've sent Garmin an email explaining this but haven't heard back yet and it's been a week.

    Is this a software thing or is my instinct dead?

  • Soooooo yep it was dead, I used the support chat feature and after 5mins sorted out a replacement watch.

    I sent my broken watch back and they sent me a new one, very happy.

    Don't bother with email as I never got a reply just go straight to chat or phone call.
