Heart Rate Sensor

The heart rate sensor on my Instinct occasionally reverts to a fast blinking mode, which is hot on my wrist. I can stop it by turning the watch off, but the fast blink mode and burning has reoccured several times. Any ideas on how to resolve this? My watch was purchased in 2019.

If the watch is literally burning your wrist, I would discontinue use immediately and contact support. If you're truly burnt head to your doctor!
