Expedition - climb

Hi All

My Garmin forerunner 245 is not logging my elevations during a run to the new exhibition climb challenges. The steps are logging to the hike challenges. Is there a way to fix this?

FR 245 does not have the barometric altimeter that is being used for counting floors, so I am afraid the altitude challenges won't work with your watch. You need a watch with a barometric altimeter for that. For example the FR265 does have it.

Thanks. Just sucks that the watch can record elevation when on runs or walks but it can’t link that if you don’t have the sensor
