Instinct broadcasts to phone without going into settings or an activity.

Unsure if this is automatic because my HR goes too high or something but multiple times a day the watch goes from the watchface to a single screen with my heart rate and the broadcast icon in the mini screen with my phone name at the bottom.

Why and how do I stop this? It's killing my battery

The watch can be configured to automatically start broadcasting your HR whenever you start an activity, so maybe it is periodically detecting/inferring (via Move IQ) that you have started an activity and therefore starts broadcasting your heart rate. I'm not sure if Move IQ works like that though (I've never used it), i.e. whether it actually "starts" an activity on the watch or whether it just displays an "activity" in the Connect app timeline. In any case it would be easy enough to test this - just make sure "Broadcast HR during activity" is disabled, or Move IQ is disabled, and then see if it still happens.
