Instinct not recording distance, not able to connect to express with USB cable. I have turned it on and off and rest it to default settings - still not connecting.

Try cleaning the contacts (on the watch and on the cable), using another cable, another computer. Verify that the USB mode is set to Mass Storage. If nothing helps, contact the Support.
