FWIW... The graphite version of the Instinct 2 is currently $249 on Amazon. It's the only place I found with this price. I ordered it to replace my 3 1/2 year old Instinct and so far I love the upgrade. Note that the 2s is $299 - I had hoped to find the $100 off deal for my wife, but no luck so far.
