Hi all, I've worn and loved my original Instinct for about 2.5 years now but I woke up one day last week and it was only displaying the Garmin boot up screen. I did a bit of investigating in here and was able to figure out how to do a master reset so I was able to set it up again and re-pair it with my phone. I figured I was done until I looked at my watch 20 minutes later and it was back to frozen on the boot screen. Repeated the process and got the same result a couple of times. It is now frozen on the boot screen and I cant even force a master reset anymore! Does anyone have any ideas as to how else I could attempt to resolve this? It's had a pretty soft life relative to what it was designed for and has had no problems up until this point. It literally died in my sleep! I've attempted to contact Garmin but got no response. Hoping that this supposedly rugged watch isnt destined for an early grave for no reason in particular.
