I've had my Instinct since late 2020. No issues with it until earlier this year when it started freezing during an activity. Annoying, but has only happened a few times. I had the watch set to update automatically hoping that the issue would be resolved.
This morning I attempted set my watch up for a run. I wanted to set a high and low heart rate alert. I know how to set the heart rate alerts - I've been doing it for months - but haven't needed to do so for the last week or so.
Menu>Settings>Activities &Apps>Run>Run Settings>Alerts>Heart Rate (Off)>Press the GPS Button>High Alert(Off)>Press GPS button briefly to turn it ON: Watch restarts itself.
I've tried restarting the watch by holding down the Ctrl button.
I've removed and added the Heart rate alert.
I've tried adding the heart rate alert to other activities.
None of the above works. I cannot set or turn on heart rate alerts.
Any advice welcome.
