Missing Hiit activity .

I recently bought a Garmin Solar Instinct and see that Hiit is not available on my watch as an activity. How do I get it. (Yes I have gone through the whole adding an activity process. It just isn’t there) it is missing from the software

Record it as Cardio or Strength and change to HIIT after syncing, in Garmin Connect. The HIIT activity is only included on Instinct 2, but there is nothing in it that you'd miss if you use Cardio or Strength…
