Unable to turn off Outlook email notifications on Instinct

Hi.

I am on Android and despite going into the Connect app and turning off Outlook in the settings/notifications/app notifications I still get email notifications.

Any suggestions?

Check whether you have also Garmin Explore, Garmin Golf, Garmin Dive, or another similar Garmin app installed on the phone. They may be taking over the setting from GC, and pushing the notifications anyway. Try forcing them all to stop (except of Garmin Connect), and then test again.

If you confirm it was the culprit, report it to the Support, so that they get better aware of it. It was posted here on the forum several times in the last days, but it is not certain anyone from Garmin noticed it.
