Using Garmin Instinct software version 16.+, I read wrong hearth rate, there are weird jumps, usually 1 or 2 depending on distance.
I didn't had thatb roblen with forerunner 630.
Aldo i have a fr 745 that works perfect too.
The issue has been seen using wirst band resding, and several chest straps : HRM Run, Polar H7 and Igpsport. All banda works peoperly with phones and 745.
So, Instinct is wrongly usigd the data in some ways, that generates jumps like 200bpm and ten jump.to 50bpm on easy runs of 140bpm average.
Ive 10ys of experience with chest straps.Not a user problem.
