Instinct frozen

My Instinct has frozen mid activity and I can't get it to go back to main screen or shift to any other screen. How do I reset?

Keep the upper left button pressed until it shuts down, then power on again

My watch has done that too. Could it be a bug due to a recent update?

Same here. Watch has been working fine with no glitches since I bought it at the end of 2020. Shortly after the last update (v17) it froze shortly after I started an activity.

Mine froze for the first time a couple of days ago, during an activity. V17.00.
