Zulu time on Instinct Tactical

How do I get my Garmin Instinct Tactical to display an alternate time zone in the box on the watch face? Despite everything I try, it always comes back to Zulu time.

You must first add and setup your Alt Time Zones widget then add it as one your default data fields on a compatible watch face.(Which will be a watch face that does not have the graph data field on the upper top left corner.)

My Instinct Tactical top left corner has the stealth icon on whether I have stealth mode on or off, the battery symbol, and immediately below it my alternate time zone data field.
