Instinct lost connection over night now won't pair?

Lost connection overnight, wouldn't connect or sync with phone (Android) this morning, deleted all connections between phone and watch, restarted phone and watch several times, start pairing process and it just won't pair again? Phones Bluetooth is fine as it connects to other devices just fine. While trying to pair the phone just perpetually says 'Searching...' and the watch just says 'Initializing' and then eventually asks if I want to try again. Has my watches Bluetooth just broken overnight somehow?

Garmin Connect Version: 4.53

  • I am sorry there is an issue. Given your description, it would be odd if your Bluetooth decided it was no longer going to work. There are a couple more steps to try.

Delete your Connect Mobile APP off your Android phone too and redownload it from your Google Play Store.

Master Reset your watch then Bluetooth pair again through the newly downloaded GCM APP - How to Reset My Garmin Outdoor Watch.

If you continue to have no success Bluetooth pairing back to your Android phone, you can double check if your watch is the cause by trying to pair it to any other smartphone. iOS or Android. If you cannot Bluetooth pair through the Connect APP on another phone, it will confirm your watch does have a serious issue with Bluetooth.
