For example, exercise activities are self explanatory (ie. running, walking, etc etc.) however is it recommended to select an activity for most or all of physically demanding activities such as:
- Washing a sink full of dishes for a long time
- A physically demanding profession
- Lawn work
- Playing with children after work
These activities as well as others can take a big hit to Garmin stress and Body Battery.
If I choose CARDIO for some of these activities, my daily stress and body battery seem ok but if I don't they these metrics definitely increase/decrease levels significantly more.
To what end is it recommended to record these as activities?
Thoughts?
