Garmin Instinct says No More Room Must delete activities. No activities on my watch

Been having problems recently with my Garmin Instinct watch. Last week i was skiing in the Rockies and the first four days of skiing activities and hiking activities the watch recorded all without any problems. Near the end of my trip i wanted to record a hike but my watch said i had to delete activities as there was no more space. I proceeded to delete all activities. When i wanted to start an activity, either hiking or downhill skiing, waited for the gps to activate. Once ready pressed the proper watch button and the watch said that i had to free up some space by deleting activities. This is the part that i don't get. Everything is removed and it still asks me to delete. Contacted Garmin about this twice. The first time they told me to plug the watch into my Mac and delete activities if some where found in the activities folder. There was nothing there. I was asked to also delete the RemoteSW folder as well. Deleted that one too. So the next day i tried it for a second time before doing an activity and got the same message saying i needed to delete activities to free up some space. The second time i contacted Garmin Support they asked me to do a complete watch reset. Performed the reset, the watch seemed to work fine. I could basically pick an activity to test it out and it worked fine. Yesterday decided to go downhill skiing and again the same problem arose. Watch said i had to delete activities to free up some space. Here's where it gets weird. If someone has an answer for this maybe it will resolve my issue. Again sorry for writing an essay on my problem. When i looked in the history of my watch it reloaded 5 or 6 of my previous activities on its own which caused my watch to be full. After seeing this i deleted all activities again and tried it again and it still said watch was full. Anyone have a solution to my problem?
