16.5 steps not working instinct solar

Hi all,

my Instinct solar has been working perfectly up until the last week when I noticed steps where not working and HR was out while exercising. These are the steps I have taken

-reset

-complete reset

-turned on and off activity tracking

-manually re installed 16.5

when I do the complete reset it seems to work for a short time and then stops again.

any help would be appreciated.
