Hi. I connected the garmin instinct to the PC with its cable, to charge it, by the way it was synchronized with Express, without problem.
When I removed it from the USB cable the screen froze.
I had to turn it off with a 30-second hard reboot, but nothing changed, the black screen stays with the writing GARMIN.
please can you help me?
