I am sorry you are having issues. You can have multiple watches paired into your Connect Mobile APP. When you turn on the watch, as long as your Settings > Phone menu is enabled on the watch, it should show connected to your Connect Mobile APP. (I average 2-4 watches paired into my iOS Connect Mobile APP. When I turn one on, it will show the watch connected with no new pairing process required.)
Ensure your Connect Mobile APP is fully updated through your Apple APP store or Google Play store. A new version was released yesterday, January 3rd. It will show version number 4.50 for Android and 4.50.0.29 for the iOS version.
Given your issue, delete your Connect Mobile APP off your phone and remove your watch from your smartphone's Settings > Bluetooth menu then download the new version of the APP.
