Unable to download new app to Garmin Instinct

Can’t access Connect IQ Store via Garmin Connect app. There is no Connect IQ Store link on Connect App. “My Device” does not appear on Connect IQ. Consequently I am unable to download any Connect IQ Store apps on my Garmin Instinct device. I have tried resolving this issue by using different  devices ( phone, iPad,,laptop) and all the usual remedies deleting/downloading apps, turning on/off phone and watch, disconnect/reconnect device from phone etc etc. This has been an enormous waste of time. Any suggestions. All updates downloaded to my knowledge.
