Recently bought garmin instinct and I'm quite happy with it.
My activities are running and kayaking.
When running, the calorie burn is reasonable and much another app I use.
When kayaking (30-40km), the calorie burn is significantly lower (about half) then what it should be. I wonder is it due to the lower heart rate at this activity (90bpm)?
is it possible to set specific heat rate zone of kayaking? and will it fix the calorie problem?
I did add another HR zone but now there is one for running and one "secondary".... I can only guess that the "secondary" is for the day to day and not for an activity.....
I would appreciate some help with all of this.
