Beta Firmware for Instinct Tactical APAC

I bought a new Garmin Instinct Tactical (APAC) version in Singapore last month. I am facing the issue of fragmented lines in maps, which was fixed in version 15.40 (https://forums.garmin.com/outdoor-recreation/outdoor-recreation/f/instinct/272122/system-software-15-40)

However, I am not able to install the update using the file, and nor is my Garmin Express showing any update available.

How do I get this fix on my watch, and be up to date with the updates done by Garmin?

I am sorry you are dealing with the fragmented course line issue. Our engineering teams update SE Asian devices later due to the software being unique for APAC devices.

Good question. Since you physically live in SE Asia, your region's Product Support will only have the devices meant for your country. They will all be APAC versions with the Chinese language on them. There will not be an all English non-APAC version available to swap you into.
