Instinct is linked to phone on which I run Spotify.
Works perfectly except...
... when I am recording an activity and want to adjust the Music controls I have to hit the GPS button to open them...
... however, this then pauses the activity.
Is there a way to keep the activity running whilst I adjust the Music controls please?
Here is what I do on my Instinct while controlling music and recording an activity:
1) Start the music before the activity
2) Start the activity
3) If you need to pause your music, long hold your top left…

Why don't Garmin put these things in their Manual. I spent a frustrating hour or so yesterday trying to sort this out.
