Hi, I have an Instinct for about 4 months. I am very happy, but I have noticed that the two buttons on the right side do not make the same sound when I press them, as the left ones. In fact, they feel very different to the touch, and the BACK button must be pressed more than the others, for it to perform its function. Everything works finally, but the feeling to the touch is not the most satisfactory.
Can you tell me if it's normal, or does my device have a defect?

I would call it uncommon but you will come across buttons feeling slightly different. Across 14 different watches that I maintain, I checked the feel of all their buttons. A few buttons feel slightly different…

A few buttons feel slightly different but those buttons have worked fine for me many years on those watches. As long as your buttons are working with only needing a single press and not getting stuck, you will be fine.

LucaBellani can also turn on vibrate or beep in Settings to provide an added level of feedback on a button press.
