Flat elevation plot

I'm getting a flat elevation plot for 'do course in reverse' and 'track back'. Basically for the reverse navigation. Initially it will show a flat graph and further will show the graph of elevation that we covered during the ride. The future part of the course will remain flat !. Is this a bug or feature?

I was trying to figure out a way to do this too but couldn't. My graphs look even flatter than yours due to the scale which makes them almost useless really.

This is just the way it has always been. If you Do In Reverse, you'll lose the elevation and turn by turn navigation notifications. Since the Instinct does not have any offline maps (elevation data), all course information is embedded by the tool used to create the course. I assume that when you reverse the course (on watch), the Instinct hardware and or software is unable to reconstruct the elevation and navigation data in the opposite direction. The work around is to create the course in both directions and then send to your watch.
