Instinct: very slow GPS Location

Hi. My Instinct worked perfectly, and it took a few seconds to capture the GPS signal, when starting the activity.
Now, after updating to the latest version 14.40, it takes up to 2 to 3 minutes.
Any idea what it could be? Has it happened to someone else?

It has happened only once and the reason is that I had forgotten to connect it with the phone before the activity. The data it draws from the phone help it to get a GPS fix very quickly.

Thanks. What did you do is by bluetooth synchronize the Instinct with Garmin Connect, before using it?
