Elevation consistently inaccurate (reading too high)

Hello,
Few months ago I noticed quite large difference when I compare height registered directly by Instinct and height with elevation corrections applied to the same activity in Garmin Connect. When I say "large difference" I mean two or three times more than number with elevation corrections (I suppose this height is most reliable?). Please find attached screen grab showing today's activity. It was cycling at pretty flat terrain. I have no problem to accept 116m. 239m seems to be bit crazy number at this place.Whats interesting both graphs looks pretty close to each other so it's strange height is doubled

Previously I noticed it few months ago with Instinct. Height was affected not only in cycling but also in cross-country skiing (totally different speed). I sent Instinct for warranty service, I received back new device but I sold it without testing this issue. Now I've got Instinct Solar and as you can see from attached image there is still the same problem. When I was customizing device I also callibrated elevation by GPS which gave very similar effect to DEM option. All other setting are set up by default (for example Barometer>Watch Mode> Auto). I read thread "Elevation consistently inaccurate (reading too low)" and next time I'll try to set Watch mode to Altimeter. Maybe it will help…
I wonder if you have any other advises (except selling it ;)) to solve the problem or minimise it.
Regards Rafal

I started new thread because one with similar title but problem is related to low values instead high seems to be closed.
