My Instinct keeps sending the message "clock" not sure what that means?

  If the message itself is an incoming smart message from your smartphone - it can be any APP on your smartphone sending it to your watch.

  Thank you for the picture. It is coming from your smartphone. The issue will be tracking down what APP is pushing it to your watch.
