Garmin Instinct Quit during Open Water Swim

My Garmin Instinct has been working great during my open water swims -- until today when it froze three-quarters of the way during my workout. Everything else was working -- time, etc, -- and the GPS was on.

I have the same issue. I have an old Garmin Vivoactive - It does not record OWS, but I use it in Walking mode. Even this way Vivoactive seems to grab more accurate GPS track, total distance and does not…

I have the same issue. I have an old Garmin Vivoactive - It does not record OWS, but I use it in Walking mode. Even this way Vivoactive seems to grab more accurate GPS track, total distance and does not stop until I command it.

I bougth Instinct mostly because I wanted to track Open Water without paying for the Fenix. I am totally dissapointed.
