Left-handed people

Garmin has an option to select left or right hand, but not which hand is dominant. I'm a left-handed person who also likes to wear a watch on my left wrist, should I just lie and say its on my right wrist to let Garmin know I'm wearing it on my dominant arm?

    Your watch needs to know what arm you wear it on due to certain functionality. One example is using the Backlight > Gesture feature. Your accelerometer sensor is looking for an expected arm and wrist motion based on what wrist you have set your watch to.
