Blood pressure in heart rate widget?

In viewing the heart rate widget there is a number on a line over another number that looks like a blood pressure reading, to the left of the heart rate. Is this a blood pressure measurement or estimate?

No. That could only happen using magic.

The numbers are the max and min (or high and resting as Garmin calls them).

I should have known BP coulld not be measured optically. THanks for explaining those numbers.

OMG for two years I though that was my blood pressure. Was wondering why I was not dead with 160/84 running up hills.
