Garmin instinct apac has a bug with navigation and courses!

I’m on version 13.20 but when following a course, suddenly the navigation will start sending me back to the beginning of the course, and all the data will be incorrect as it’s relating to the distance etc. to the start of the course. Also if off course, and subsequently going back on course, the navigation will attempt to send me to the start or a checkpoint behind me. However even if reversing to that checkpoint, the navigation doesn’t self correct and still doesn’t work. It’s a frustrating bug.

This bug in navigation was introduced with V13.20, and has been corrected in the latest beta versions (non APAC). Therefore, it will be gone with the next firmware release.

I’m a little confused. I have the APAC version, and it’s mentioned that the bug has been fixed in the NON APAC beta versions. So will this bug only be fixed for the NON APAC Instinct models, or including the APAC models in the next firmware update? I’m finding this bug doubly irritating as the bug also adversely affects battery life by continuously updating course data related to a continuously changing checkpoint behind me.

I'm pretty sure that when such a bug is found it is corrected in all variants (even Solar). Nothing else would make sense. At this moment, however, the only available beta version is for non-APAC, AFAIK. Therefore, I guess you will have to wait for the APAC public version release.
