Garmin Instinct doesn't update

Hello,

   i'm trying to update the firmware of my smartwatch to the last version but it's impossible. I've the version 10.10 since last year and when i try to install a mayor version dragging the file to Garmin folder, the smartwatch fail with a message "update failed. Try again from Garmin Connect", but when i try with Garmin connect, after downloading the new version nothing happen. 

I already tried in all possible ways, removing activities and workouts but it's the same. It's frustrating, i need to reset the watch every weeks because the activities couldn't be saved and the gps start to fail. 

If somebody has the same problem please give me hand.

    If you are not able to get the new software update to push through Bluetooth from your Garmin Connect Mobile APP to your Instinct, please try updating your software using Garmin Express on a computer. When you select "Add Device" to add your Instinct into Garmin Express, you will sign-in to the same Garmin Connect account you are already using with the Connect Mobile APP. When you arrive on the main update page, you should already have the newest version of software on your watch. You will then eject your Instinct from your computer and your watch should prompt you permission to install the update.

    You can also check your Settings > System > Software Update menu. If the software is on your watch pending to be installed, you will find it at the bottom of the Software Update menu.
