Battery symbol on charger

My Instinct died after 2 days of use and when I went to plug it in I saw this symbol. It’s not longer taking a charge and I think it’s dead and gone. Any advice or am I SOL??

I am sorry you have a hardware issue with your new Instinct. Since you have only owned it for 2-days, return it back to the retail store or online retail vendor you bought your Instinct from.
