Glitch in Watch?

My Garmin Instinct randomly gets stuck, so for example at 10am, it displays 10am for hours then starts working again but collects no data in the interim. It also randomly will not pair with my phone to download data even though all the bluetooth settings are correct. Is my watch a dud or is this just a glitch that occurs?

Things like this should not happen. Try a master reset, and if this does not help, then contact garmin support.

It won't help for the freezing, it is a known issue. See more details here: Instinct is Randomly Freezing on Software v13.20

As for the syncing, that should work though - have a look at the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide, for fixing that.
