instinct--doesn't sync keeps disconnecting and connect tho right by the phone.

Doesn't sync, doesn't monitor sleep like it said, which is the main reason I got it.  My Garmin HR worked great. I wish i had gone with Fit Bit and their improvements rather that waste money on this arm weight.

 Even that extra garmin app couldn't keep it connected.

  I have written to garmin before waiting on the reply several weeks now.

My instinct says tell all to go with something else and skip the bad customer service

  • I am sorry you are having a connectivity issue with your Instinct. I just double checked our product support email queue and there are no emails in the queue that are older than Thursday March 18th from last week. I have to wonder if our response was not received and possibly even spam/junk folder blocked by your email provider.
