I got the same issue. We started day light saving today and noticed my wake up and bed time in Garmin Connect say 10:30pm to 8:30am but my watch say 9:30pm to 7:30am.
This has been an issue every single daylight savings change. Watch missed the alarm or unable to set it properly. I can't believe Garmin is not willing to fix it.
