Temperature Widget doesn’t change

Hello,

I put my watch out for about 45 minutes. It was really cold, but it still showed 26 Degrees Celsius. It wasn’t on my arm and not in battery saver mode.

(Talking about the built- in one, no extra sensors)

Expect from that, everything works fine.

Please help

It shows the ambient temperature. So if it was in the Sun, or protected from the air flow, or it was off you wrist for too short time (not having time…

So if it was in the Sun, or protected from the air flow, or it was off you wrist for too short time (not having time enough to cool down), it could have been indeed easily much warmer than the air. If you suspect the temperature is off, put the watch under cold water for couple of minutes, to see whether the thermometer reacts.

Thanks for the answer, but now it only showes - -, after I putted it in cold water

In that case you can try the following steps (one after the other, testing each time):

Soft reset (hold the Light button for ~15s untill it shuts down), then wait a moment and turn it on back again
Master Reset
Reload the Sensor Hub firmware - if you do not have any older beta package containing the Sensore Hub firmware, contact the Customer Support
Have the watch replaced
