I just go a Garmin Instinc without realizing it does not have ability for applications like my old Vivoactive does. I had a a simple sailing app I used that had the following:
5 minute countdown which you could stop and fully reset or reset to next minute down. The sailing start sequence has a horn/signal at 5 minute, 4 minutes, 1 minute and start. If you did not hear/miss one of those signals you would like to press the reset to next minute down to coordinate with next signal instead of trying to setup another timer (not being 5 minute).
Also, once the timer expires it then count UP duration (keep running until end of race to get race duration).
Any way we could get a specialty "timer" added with these features.
For now I have a 5 minute, 4 minute and 1 minute timer setup. But difficult to setup/change and then do not have duration.
