I know that the normal spec Garmin Instinct don't have Garmin IQ to get the tide graph widget .

Anyone can share the alternative way to get tide graph for Garmin Instinct?

Step by step please, appreciate that.

Finding an app sending tide forecasts in notifications would be the most comfortable one, but they are often working only for certain regions, so you need to find one that will work in your part of the world. Another pssibility is importing the tide chart table into the Calendar. You can also use the Moon phase widget of Instinct, if tides are well matching the moon phases, in your region.
