Garmin instinct DEM

For the instinct DEM barometer calibration , I have connected to Garmin Connect, normally after DEM calibration then key in figure and it will finish .

But sometimes , is can't work and it will go back to the first step show altimeter & barometer figure again and have to key in again. It will repeat several time.

May I know what error and how to fit it?

Perhaps a failed internet connection? I imagine that it can happen for example when you are just on the edge of your home WiFi router signal, and then the phone drops the wifi connection, but the DEM data…

Perhaps a failed internet connection? I imagine that it can happen for example when you are just on the edge of your home WiFi router signal, and then the phone drops the wifi connection, but the DEM data request fails before the phone connects over mobile data. Just a speculation, there may be other reasons as well, but it is worth of considering, and trying to cut the WiFi, and let the phone connecting over mobile data before doing the calibration, to exclude that possibility.
